How I release fears with Psych-K
I got a newsletter today from Debbie Fort with the title: “Are you running away from your FEARS ?” After reading her view on fears I was thinking:
How would I handle FEARS with PSYCH-K?
I know that a lot of my own FEARS are around prosperity and having enough for what I wish to do in my life. When I feel fearful I definitely acknowledge the FEARS.
The fear is what it is. Nothing more nothing less, just a thought that becomes an Emotion
E-motion = Energy in Motion = Physical Creation
Past experience has thought me that whenI push it away, it will come back with a vengeance. After all: “What we resist persist”
The feeling I press down, becomes DEPRESSION!
However I acknowledge the FEAR , yet I don’t dwell on it. I go into the fear using a PSYCH-K process and face it right on, this brings me to the other side.
We are so scared of some of these feelings that we push them away.
When we go into the feelings , we can not hang on to them forever, we get through them.
On the other side is sunshine, just like flying through the clouds into the SUNSHINE
The next thing I do is ask myself: What do I rather have?
Then I get real clear on the desired results.
“I only focus on the objective”.

Messages from my Subconscious Mind
I had an issue with a woman and when on a little road trip, I was chewing it over and over and OVER, even thinking how I could get even. I was pretty upset about what she had done and had a lot of resistant letting it go. I realized that I needed to do a PSYCH-K session with myself, but I was wallowing so much in my self-pity that I resisted that as well.
Getting up the next morning in my hotel, I got so much pain in my jaw that I could not chew or talk. I realized that my body was giving me a message from my subconscious mind and said: STOP. HAVE A LOOK AT YOURSELF,WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
I finally sat down and did a PSYCH-K session with myself. I referenced Louise Hay’s work “Heal Your Body”. The message my subconscious mind was giving me: STOP this RESENTMENT and DESIRE FOR REVENGE! GET OVER IT!
I replaced all this garbage with: “I am willing to change the patterns in me that created this condition” and “I forgive myself and others for the wrong done to me”. It came to me that I needed to forgive myself as much as her for allowing what happened to me and not having clear boundaries.
The pain was reduced almost immediately and an hour later totally gone. I am so grateful for having PSYCH-K in my life.
